Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup flour
  2. 1/4 cup suji
  3. Pinch of baking soda
  4. 1 boiled potato
  5. Soaked moong daal vada
  6. Sprouted moong and chana
  7. 2 cup Curd
  8. Imli chutney
  9. Green chutney
  10. 2 green chilli
  11. Red chilli powder
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. Roasted cummin powder
  14. Pomegranate pearls
  15. Coriander leaves
  16. Sev bhujiya

Instructions

  1. Take flour ,suji and soda
  2. Mix them
  3. Add required water and make tight dough
  4. Devide dough in equal parts
  5. Heat oil roll a ball like puri
  6. Fry in hot oil
  7. Flip and fry from other side
  8. Leave them open to cool
  9. In 2 hours they became hard
  10. Crush one pachauri in middle
  11. Add sprouts and vada
  12. Add chop boil potato
  13. Whisk curd
  14. Add Green chilli and curd
  15. Add salt and jeera powder
  16. Add both chutnies
  17. Again add potato
  18. Again add curd and chutnies
  19. Sprinkle salt,jeera powder and red chilli powder
  20. Top with pomegranate pearls
  21. Garnish with sev jhuniya and coriander leaves
