Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup maida
  2. 1/4 cup suji
  3. 2 pinch baking soda
  4. 1 cup pomegranate
  5. 1 cup curd
  6. 1/2 cup sev
  7. 1 cup moong dal pakori
  8. 1/2 cup tamarind sauce

Instructions

  1. Take all purpose flour, Suji and baking soda.
  2. Mix all ingredients and make dough.
  3. After 10 minute make lemon size balls .
  4. Then roll it.
  5. Then deep fry it.
  6. Kachori looks golden colour then remove from ghee.
  7. Then Beat a dal in mixer.
  8. Then fry small pakori for raj kachori.
  9. Then make hole in centre of kachori.
  10. Take curd, moong dal pakodi,pomegranate,chutney and sev.
  11. Fill all ingredients in it and serve it.
