Dahi gobhi curry

Ingredients to make Dahi gobhi curry

  • Gobhi [cauliflower] 1/2kg
  • oil 4 spoon
  • Zeera [cumin seeds] 1/2 tbsp
  • Saunf [fennel seeds] 1/2 tbsp
  • Rai [mustard seeds] 1/2 tbsp
  • hing a pinch
  • besan 2 tsp
  • Haldi [turmeric powder] - 1/2 tsp
  • Dhania [coriander powder] - 1/2 tsp
  • Mirchi [red chilly powder] - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger, green chillies paste 1tsp
  • salt to taste
  • water for gravy
  • dahi/Curd (not sour) 1Cup
  • coriander leaves [for garnish]

How to make Dahi gobhi curry

  1. Heat oil in a pan add zeera, saunf, Rai and hing.
  2. Now add Besan to it, and roast it till it cooked
  3. Then add ginger green chilli paste, haldi,dhania,mirch pwd.
  4. Mix it well and cook it 1-2 minute
  5. Now put Dahi in it
  6. Then boil the mixture by adding salt and water.
  7. When the gravy starts to boiling then add gobhi in to. And cook on low flame for 20 minutes
  8. Stop gas and sprinkle hara Dhania Patti and garam masala powder
  9. Serve hot with roti or rice...

My Tip:

You can also fry the gobhi in oil before adding in gravy.
