Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Gobhi [cauliflower] 1/2kg
  2. Oil 4 spoon
  3. Zeera [cumin seeds] 1/2 tbsp
  4. Saunf [fennel seeds] 1/2 tbsp
  5. Rai [mustard seeds] 1/2 tbsp
  6. Hing a pinch
  7. Besan 2 tsp
  8. Haldi [turmeric powder] - 1/2 tsp
  9. Dhania [coriander powder] - 1/2 tsp
  10. Mirchi [Red chilly powder] - 1/2 tsp
  11. Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  12. Ginger, green chillies paste 1tsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Water for gravy
  15. Dahi/Curd (not sour) 1Cup
  16. Coriander leaves [for garnish]


  1. Heat oil in a pan add zeera, saunf, Rai and hing.
  2. Now add Besan to it, and roast it till it cooked
  3. Then add ginger green chilli paste, haldi,dhania,mirch pwd.
  4. Mix it well and cook it 1-2 minute
  5. Now put Dahi in it
  6. Then boil the mixture by adding salt and water.
  7. When the gravy starts to boiling then add gobhi in to. And cook on low flame for 20 minutes
  8. Stop gas and sprinkle hara Dhania Patti and garam masala powder
  9. Serve hot with roti or rice...
