Dahi kadi is a simple curry of mixture of dahi and besan

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dahi/curd-1/2 kg
  2. Besan 4 tabelspoon(half cup)
  3. curry leaves
  4. Chopped Onions
  5. Garlic fine chopped
  6. Green chillies -3
  7. Red dry kashmiri chilli- 2
  8. Asafoetedia
  9. urad dal
  10. Salt
  11. Turmeric

Instructions

  1. Add dahi and besan(half cup) in a mixie grinder
  2. Keep the mixture aside
  3. Take a kadai and add 2 tablespoon of oil
  4. Add urad dal(2/3 spoon) Let it fry till it turns brown
  5. Add red dry chilli
  6. Then add chopped garlic Chopped green chillies Curry leaves
  7. Fry tiill it turns brown Sprinkle asafoetedia
  8. Add onion Mix till it turns golden brown
  9. Add the mixture of dahi and besan
  10. Stir as soon as you add mixture Stir it well for 5 mins in low flame
  11. Cook in low flame for 10 mins
  12. Serve and enjoy
