Very tasty and quick recipe of chicken with the infusion of chinese flavours into it.

Chinese Chicken

Ingredients to make Chinese Chicken

  • Boneless skinless chicken 250 grm chopped small pieces
  • Soya sauce 1 Tbsp
  • sugar 1/2 tsp
  • cashew nuts 1 Tbsp
  • Dry red chillies 6 pcs cut in two part
  • chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Crushed garlic 2 Tbsp
  • oil 2 Tbsp
  • cornflour 1 tsp

How to make Chinese Chicken

  1. PREPARE ALL INGREDIENTS.
  2. MARINATE CHICKEN WITH CRUSHED GARLIC,SALT,SOYA SAUCE AND SUGAR.KEEP ASIDE FOR 1 HOUR.
  3. ADD OIL IN KADHAIE.
  4. ADD CASHEW NUTS SAUTE UNTIL IT GETS GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR.
  5. ADD CRUSHED GARLIC AND DRY RED CHILLIES.
  6. ADD MARINATED CHICKEN.
  7. PUT LID ON KADHAIE AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES
  8. ADD 2 TBSP WATER IN CORNFLOUR POWDER STIR IT.
  9. ADD CORNFLOUR PASTE IN COOKED CHICKEN AND KEEP ON LOW GAS FOR 5 MINUTES.
  10. ADD RED CHILI FLAKES
