Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 bowl cooked rice
  2. 1/2 cup curd
  3. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  4. 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  5. 1/2 cup finely chopped chili peices
  6. 1/2 tsp salt
  7. 1/2 cup chopped coriander
  8. 1/2 tsp jera
  9. 1 cup grated carrot
  10. 2 tsp tomato ketchup
  11. 1 pinch daniya powder
  12. 1 pinch chili powder
  13. 1 tsp sev
  14. 1 tsp maida, cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Take a big mouth bowl
  2. Put cooked rice,maida, cornstarch
  3. Add salt,jera,onion,carrot,
  4. Mix well like vada batter
  5. Make vada in the middle hole once prepared vada
  6. Heat oil for pan Fri keep rice vada on pan
  7. Once fried vada take into plate
  8. Take a serving plate place vada on plate
  9. Take curd beat well pour in vada as nicely covered
  10. Then add tomato ketchup on top of curd
  11. Then add salt,chili powder,
  12. Add daniya powder by cross line like
  13. Then add sev, carrot, coriander leaves on top.. finally ready to serve
