Ingredients to make Instant Rava laddoo

  • Chopped dates for garnishing
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup semolina

How to make Instant Rava laddoo

  1. Take a non stick kadai and add ghee.
  2. Roast rava till you get a nice aroma.
  3. Add condensed milk and saute on low flame
  4. Saute till the mixture bonds nicely and leaves the sides of the pan
  5. Switch off the flame. Grease hands with little ghee and make laddos.
  6. Garnish with fried Chopped dates.
