Easy and simple dish which can be done with left over rice

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice 2 cups
  2. Sweet corn 1 cup
  3. Capsicum 1 cup
  4. Onions 1/2cup
  5. Green chillies 1 tsp finely chopped
  6. Garlic 1 tsp finely chopped
  7. Ginger 1tsp finely chopped
  8. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  9. Dhaniya powder 1tsp
  10. Jeera powder 1 tsp
  11. garam masala powder 1tsp
  12. Turmeric powder 1pinch
  13. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Oil 2tsp


  1. Boil rice and keep it aside and let it cool down. Or you can use the left over rice.
  2. Take a pan and pour oil when it becomes hot add ginger and garlic and saute for a while.
  3. Now add chopped onions and saute to this add capsicum and saute till it becomes soft.
  4. Next to this add corn and keep on sauting. Once it done add green chillies, haldi, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, red chilly powder , garam masala powder, salt and mix well and allow it to get cool.
  5. Now add rice to this and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
