Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Corn boiled 1 cup
  2. One Capsicum sliced to small
  3. Two onions cut lengthwise
  4. Carrot 1 sliced lengthwise (optional)
  5. Soya sauce 2 tsp
  6. White pepper as required
  7. Salt as required
  8. Spring onion and coriander for seasoning
  9. 1 cup boiled basmati rice
  10. Cooking oil as required


  1. First add cooking oil 5 tsps . Let it heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and get full it changes to a translucent color
  3. Now add carrot and fry till it becomes soft
  4. Next add capsicum and corn and saute for 2 mins
  5. Now add required amount of salt white pepper and soya sauce
  6. Cook for 5 mins and close the pan
  7. Take the already boiled basmati rice and add it slowly to this mixture in low flame Now add spring onions and coriander on top and switch off the stove and cover the pan and let it stay for 5 mins
  8. Serve hot with onion riata
