Ingredients to make South Asian rice

  • Cooked rice 2 cup
  • onion chopped 1
  • garlic chopped 8 cloves
  • carrot 1 cut into small pieces
  • Broccoli optional
  • Red bellpepper 1 cut into small cubes
  • Boiled corn 1 tbspn
  • salt
  • red chilly sauce 2 tspn
  • Soya sauce 1/2 tspn
  • Mix herbs 1/2 tspn
  • egg 1

How to make South Asian rice

  1. Heat a pan put 1 tspn olive oil.
  2. Add garlic when it become little brown add onion.
  3. When onion is little pinkish then add all veggies.
  4. Cover and cook for 2 mins.
  5. When done add mix herbs, salt, red chilly sauce and soya sauce. Mix it.
  6. Then add rice and mix it. Its done.
  7. Serve this rice with sunny side up egg.
