The tanginess of the yogurt and the lemon make this pasta very creamy and very delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 200 gram penne pasta
  2. 2 tablespoon extra vergin olive oil
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/2 stick butter
  5. 1 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns
  6. 4 cloves chopped garlic
  7. 1 cup thick plain yogurt
  8. 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  9. 1/2 green capsicam cut into jullians
  10. 2 tablespoon dried parsley
  11. 1 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese


  1. Put water in a pan and heat it.Add salt and olive oil into it.
  2. Now add penne pasta and boil it for 7-8.When done drain water and set aside.
  3. Heat a pan,add butter, black pepper and garlic.Don't brown garlic,fry until golden.
  4. Add cooked pasta and salt to pan.
  5. Now add yogurt,lemon zest and dried parsley into it.Mix well.
  6. Add capsicam.Give a nice stir.
  7. Put it on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Serve hot.
