Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bundi 1 cup
  2. Curd 500 gram
  3. Cumin seeds powder
  4. Black salt half a spoon
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Finely chooped Coriander leaves
  7. 1 finely chopped green chilli
  8. Curry leaves
  9. 1/2 spoon ginger garlic paste
  10. 1 pinch red chilli
  11. 1/2 spoon musterd seeds
  12. 1/2 spoon oil


  1. Dip the boondi in water
  2. Beat the curd make fine puri
  3. Add cumin powder, red chilli powder, black salt, ginger garlic paste,
  4. Mix it well
  5. Add green chilli and coriander leaves
  6. Add bundi and salt as per taste mix it well
  7. In a frying pan add a small quantity of oil add musterd seeds and curry leaves
  8. When splutter pour it into the rayta enjoy the yummy taste of bundi rayta
