What happens when you have leftover sweets at home and you do not want to throw it away? All you need is little milk, some imagination and voila, amazing, creamy Boondi Kulfi is ready.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 litre milk
  2. Nuts (Badam, Pista, Kaju) - Finely Chopped
  3. 1 cup leftover bundi
  4. Sugar as per taste


  1. Bring the milk to boil in a heavy bottom pan
  2. Once the milk starts boiling, add the Boondis and keep stirring the mixture, till the milk reduces to half and thickens up to a creamy texture
  3. This procedure is same like  making Rabdi. 
  4. Once it reaches the desired consistency, add the nuts and mix well.
  5. Take the mixture from the pan, let it cool for sometime, then put it in the kulfi moulds and freeze for at least 4 - 6 hours
  6. Serve chilled. Enjoy
