Mor kali

Ingredients to make Mor kali

  • Rice flour- 1 cup
  • Red chillies- 2 or 3
  • salt- to taste
  • butter milk- 2 cups
  • hing powder- little
  • Sesame oil- 4tbsps
  • mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
  • urad dal- 1/2 tsp
  • curry leaves- a few

How to make Mor kali

  1. Take a kadayi
  2. Add oil, add tadka mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves and red chillies.
  3. Add rice flour and butter milk together
  4. Mix well and add salt and hing powder
  5. Mix well so that its cooked well and does not stick to your fingers
  6. Spread this on an oil applied plate
  7. Cut into pieces and serve
