Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 500 grams sugar
  2. 250 ml water
  3. half tsp citric acid
  4. one fourth Cup liquid glucose
  5. half cup dried rose petals
  6. Rose essence 1/8 tsp
  7. Rose emulsion 1 tsp
  8. 1/4 tsp KMs
  9. Ice cubes


  1. Mix the water and KMs.
  2. Let it boil.
  3. After it's first boil add dried rose petals and boil for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Now add citric acid and switch off the gas.
  5. After cooling the syrup add emursion, essence and colour in it.
  6. Store it in completely dried bottle .
  7. At the time of serving take 1/4 part of rose syrup and 3/4 part of water. With few ice cubes.
  8. Rose syrup is ready to serve and store.
