Ingredients to make Multigrain Oats Paapdi Chaat

  • Oats 200 gm grind
  • Oats 20 gm
  • wheat flour 50 gm
  • All perpose flour
  • oil - as required
  • salt as per taste
  • Boiled potato slices as required
  • Boiled white pea as required
  • Black salt as per taste
  • Sev - for garnish
  • Onian chopped - 2
  • green chillies chopped - 2
  • coriander chopped - for garnish
  • tamarind chutney - 3 tbsp
  • curd - 4 tbsp
  • Chaat masala - 2 tsp

How to make Multigrain Oats Paapdi Chaat

  1. Take oats, oats flour, all purpose flour and mix 150 gm oil in it. Add salt to taste, mix well and make a hard dough. Make small balls, roll and fry them.
  2. Arrange papdi, potato slices, add white peas and onion, coriander and pour tamarind chutney and curd. Sprinkle sev, chaat masala and salt.
