Ingredients to make Multigrain cookies

  • maida 500 grams
  • Multigrain aata 250 grams
  • butter 250 grams
  • sugar 250 grams
  • Castor sugar 250 grams
  • Milk 250 ml
  • Chopped peanuts 100 grams
  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon

How to make Multigrain cookies

  1. In a mixing bowl take butter, sugar and castor sugar. Whisk till it becomes creamy.
  2. Add milk at room temperature. Mix.
  3. In a bowl mix maida, multigrain, baking powder and peanuts. Mix.
  4. Mix maida mixture in butter mixture. Add vanilla essence. Mix thoroughly to for a soft dough.
  5. Take baking tray. Grease it with butter. Make cookies of your choice shape.
  6. Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 170 degree centigrade
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Yummy cookies are ready.

My Tip:

Dough should not be very loose.
