Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup multigrain atta
  2. 1 cup chopped backroli
  3. 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
  4. 1 spoon chopped ginger
  5. 1/2 spoon garlic paste
  6. 2 green chilli
  7. 2 spoon olive oil
  8. Salt according to taste
  9. 1 spoon ajwain
  10. 1 cup chopped onions
  11. 1/2 cup greated cheese
  12. 1/2 cup greated radish
  13. 1/2 cup greated carrot


  1. For multigrain atta----
  2. 1 cup Besan,1 cup soyabeen flour,1 cup bagra flour1 cup wheat flour,1 cup Ragi flour,1/2 cup Jowar flour.All are mix and make Multigrain atta.
  3. Then take 2 cups of Multigrain atta put it into a bowl and put all ingredients into it and mix all make a dough.
  4. Then rest for ten minutes.
  5. Now take a dough make a ball flaten like a paratha and put on heated tawa and roast the Parantha little oil from both sides
  6. After roast switch off the gas.
  7. Serve hot with tea.
