It's very nutritious and healthy as different flours are used rather than regular wheat flour.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Oats flour, (roasted and powdered) 1/2cup
  3. Besan 1/4cup
  4. Onion 1 chopped
  5. Chilli 2 chopped
  6. Spinach/palak 1cup chopped
  7. Ajwain 1tsp
  8. garam masala powder 1tsp
  9. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  11. Sesame seeds, white 5tsp
  12. salt as per taste
  13. Oil few tsp


  1. Mix all the ingredients except sesame seeds and oil.
  2. Add little by little water to make a soft dough.
  3. Divide into equal parts and make balls.
  4. Flatten each ball, sprinkle 1/2tsp sesame seeds and roll to a round shaped paratha.
  5. Heat a tawa and cook the paratha with little oil till brown spots appear on both sides.
  6. Repeat for all. Serve hot with curd.
