Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Multigrain flour 4 bowls
  2. Spinach pyuri 1bowl
  3. Green chilli paste 2tsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  5. Sesame 4tsp
  6. Ajavian 1tsp
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Oil 1/4bowl


  1. First boil spinach leaves in water adding pinch of salt
  2. Then make pyuri
  3. Take multigrain flour add red chilli powder ,sesame,ginger garlic paste,salt , Ajavian n knead it with spinach pyuri to make dough
  4. Take a ball of dough and spread it with wet hand on wet cloth and make thalipith
  5. Place it on heated non-stick pan make Holes and put oil in it .Spread oil in the sides of thalipith
  6. Turn it and spread oil on another side .Roast neatly from both the sides
  7. Thalipith is ready Serv with chutney
