About Curd fudge Recipe

Its sweet of different kind. Sweet boondi and hung , the main ingredients are steamed. Named it curd fudge.

Ingredients to make Curd fudge

  • 1 cup hung curd
  • 1/2 cup Condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup fullfat milk
  • 1/3 cup fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp custard powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sweet boondi
  • 2 tbsp Chopped pistachios and almonds

How to make Curd fudge

  1. Ingredients
  2. Beat hung curd
  3. Add sugar and beat well.
  4. Add fresh cream.
  5. Add custard powder ,mixed with milk . And add condensed milk and vanilla extract also.
  6. Now add sweet boondi.
  7. Pour boondi curd mixture into butter greased dish.
  8. Spread sweet boondi and chopped almonds, pistachios on the top . Steam for 25 minutes on low flame.
  9. After steaming is done ,wait for fudge to be cool. Keep in the fridge for set.
  10. Cut the fudge into pieces and serve.
