Curd, Banana Brullee is innovative, tasty and awesome recipe, Combination of banana and curd is really awesome but here i gave new look to this combination and it's really nice one.

Ingredients Serving: 4

1 and 1/4 cup curd
2 tbsp sugar or adjust according to sweetness
1 and 1/2 banana
1 tbsp custard powder
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tin condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/2 cup powder sugar for caramelization
Some banana pieses for garnish and for caramlization

Instructions

Take banana and sugar in grinding jar and grind it
Now add curd and again grind for mix nicely
Take milk in a bowl and add custard powder in this and mix well and add this mixture in mixer jar and mix this
Now transfer this mixture in a strainer and strain all mixture in other bowl
Now add fresh cream, condensed milk and vanilla essence in this mixture and again mix nicely
Now pour this mixture in remikin bowl
Adjust this bowls in baking dish and pour some water in baking dish or prepare a water bath
Now place this baking dish in oven and bake this in preheated oven for 160* to 170* temperature for 30 to 35 minutes
When done and cool keep this in fridge to set
When set, left out from fridge, sprinkle some powder sugar and caramelized this till a thin sugar layer formed
Now adjust banana slices over it and sprinkle some sugar over banana slice and caramelized the banana slice
Now Curd and Banana Brullee with caramelized Banana are ready to serve
