Stuffed with besan,aloo and other spices makes it very yummy and tasty

Ingredients to make Bharwa parval

  • 6 parval,deskinned
  • 1 potato boiled
  • 2 tbsp besan flour
  • 1 tsp green chilly chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder [turmeric powder]
  • 1/2 tsp sounf powder [fennel powder]
  • 1/2 tsp dhania powder [coriander powder]
  • 1/2 tsp amchur powder [dry mango powder]
  • coriander leaves [chopped] handful
  • oil for cooking
  • hing a pinch
  • salt to taste

How to make Bharwa parval

  1. Take the de skinned parval ,slit and remove the pulp from.inside
  2. Meanwhile take a pan ,and add oil and one tsp
  3. Add the besan flour fry,add the parval pulp,green chillies, keep sauting, add boiled potato,
  4. Add the turmeric powder,chillies powder, coriander powder,saunf powder,salt,amchur,corinder leaves,salt
  5. Leave it to cool,then stuff the parval with this mixture
  6. Take a pan add oil abt two tbsp ,put the parval and fry till done on all sides.
