ABOUT Spicy koftas in curd gravy RECIPE

The grounded minced spicy fried koftas made with curd.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gram miced meat( keema)
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 1big Onion
  5. 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  6. 1tablespoon coriander powder
  7. 1teaspoon garam masala
  8. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 inch ginger ginger piece
  10. 3-4 gloves of gaic
  11. 1teaspoon ginger Garlic paste
  12. 1-2 small green chillies
  13. Coriander leaves
  14. Salt to taste
  15. 2-3 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Take minced in mixie jar
  2. Add turmeric powder, ginger piece, garlic, little garam masala, green chillies, coriander leaves, 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder, salt and grind to fine mixture.
  3. Take out it in a plate
  4. Make balls from the mixture
  5. In a kadai add oil, let it heat
  6. Shallow fry koftas in the oil
  7. After shallow frying remove it.
  8. In a mixie jar add onion,and make fine paste
  9. Now in the same kadai in which you shallow fried koftas add onion paste
  10. Stir it then add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree
  11. Cook for a minute now add turmeric powder,chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and garam masala.
  12. Cover and cook till oil separate s
  13. Mean while beat the curd
  14. Now simmer the flame add curd to the masala and cook
  15. Now add koftas to the gravy and cover it and cook for a minute
  16. Now add 1 cup water to the gravy and cook on high for seconds
  17. Simmer the gas and cook on flame for 2-3 minutes
  18. Finally add coriander leaves to the gravy.
