Banana kofta in tomato gravy

Ingredients to make Banana kofta in tomato gravy

  • 2 raw banana
  • 1/2 cup of besan
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • For Gravy---
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 tomato
  • Piece of Chop ginger
  • 1 green chiili
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp lemin juice
  • coriander leaves
  • oil for fry koftas
  • 2 tbsp oil for gravy

How to make Banana kofta in tomato gravy

  1. Grate banana
  2. Add besan ,salt and red chilli powder
  3. Heat oil
  4. Mix all ingredents and make koftas
  5. Fry them
  6. Then take two tbsp oil from total oil in which we fry kofta for gravy
  7. Add jeera and crackle
  8. Add minced garlic cloves and saute
  9. Then ginger and green chilli
  10. Make puree of onion tomato in mixi
  11. Add this puree in pan and saute
  12. Cook this till it leaves oil
  13. Then add spices and cook them also
  14. Add half cup of water
  15. Add salt and garam masala and mix well
  16. Then add coriander leaves
  17. Squeeze lemon juice and mix
  18. When gravy begins thick add koftas
  19. Cook 5 min and our vegetable is teady
