Pakodas are perfect for monsoon with hot cup of tea!!!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boneless cubes of chicken 250 gm
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Gram flour 1 cup
  5. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  6. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  7. Paprika 1 tsp
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste and salt, keep refrigerated till 1 hour.
  2. In a mixing bowl ad gram flour, Salt paprika, red chilly powder, turmeric.
  3. Mix well, ad sufficient water to make medium batter.
  4. After 1 hour ,take chicken pieces and dip in batter and fry till golden and cooked properly.
  5. Serve with ketchup.
