It is a very easy & simple but tasty Bengali pitha recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Flavoured Raw Basmati rice...1cup
  2. All purpose flour...1/4cup
  3. Baking powder...1/4teaspn
  4. Sugar...1/2cup
  5. Sweet big size Mango...1
  6. Milk as needed to make batter

Instructions

  1. Soak rice in water for 3 hours & then make a paste of it.
  2. Add sugar with chopped mango & blend it in mixer.
  3. Add flour & baking powder with rice paste.
  4. Add mango paste also.
  5. Mix it well.Add milk & make a dosa like batter without any lump.
  6. Heat enough oil in a deep kadhai & pour one spoon batter in the oil.Fry both side in medium flame till it turns golden brown.
  7. Pua pitha is ready.
  8. Spread milkmaid & chocolate sauce over it & enjoy.Its a very crispy & delicious sweet.
