Mango Sauce fried Chicken

Ingredients to make Mango Sauce fried Chicken

  • For chicken
  • chicken (boneless cut into small pieces)
  • garlic powder 1 tsp
  • olive oil 1 Tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • For frying chicken
  • all purpose flour 1 cup
  • cornflour 1 Tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for frying
  • For mango Sauce
  • mango pulp 1 cup
  • red chilli sauce 2 Tbsp
  • chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 Tsp
  • garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • oil 2 tsp
  • Roasted sesame seeds 1tsp

How to make Mango Sauce fried Chicken

  1. Marinate chicken with olive oil,garlic powder,salt and black pepper for 1 hour.
  2. In a big bowl mix all purpose flour,cornflour,black pepper powder,salt add water.
  3. Make a thick batter.
  4. After chicken marinate add it into a batter.
  5. Fry chicken pieces on medium flame.
  6. Side by side make sauce.add all ingredients in a bowl.
  7. Sauce is ready.
  8. Now add 2 tsp oil in a nonstick pan and add fried chicken and mango sauce.
  9. Sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds.
  10. Saute on high flame and enjoy as a starter or side fish :yum: :yum:

My Tip:

You can use fresh crushed garlic.
