Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For chicken
  2. Chicken (boneless cut into small pieces)
  3. Garlic powder 1 tsp
  4. Olive oil 1 Tbsp
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  7. For frying chicken
  8. All purpose flour 1 cup
  9. Cornflour 1 Tbsp
  10. Black pepper 1 tsp
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. Oil for frying
  13. For Mango Sauce
  14. Mango pulp 1 cup
  15. Red chilli sauce 2 Tbsp
  16. Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  17. Soya sauce 1 Tsp
  18. Garlic powder 1 tsp
  19. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  20. Oil 2 tsp
  21. Roasted sesame seeds 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with olive oil,garlic powder,salt and black pepper for 1 hour.
  2. In a big bowl mix all purpose flour,cornflour,black pepper powder,salt add water.
  3. Make a thick batter.
  4. After chicken marinate add it into a batter.
  5. Fry chicken pieces on medium flame.
  6. Side by side make sauce.add all ingredients in a bowl.
  7. Sauce is ready.
  8. Now add 2 tsp oil in a nonstick pan and add fried chicken and mango sauce.
  9. Sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds.
  10. Saute on high flame and enjoy as a starter or side fish:yum::yum:
