Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken leg piece...4
  2. Onion paste...5spn
  3. Ginger garlic paste...1tspn
  4. Red chilli powder
  5. Green chilli paste...1tspn
  6. Curd...3tspn
  7. turmeric powder...1tspn
  8. Egg...2
  9. Chilli sauce...1spn
  10. Bread crumbs...2cup
  11. Oats...2cup


  1. Marinate the chicken with curd,onion paste,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,salt,red chilli powder, green chilli paste& turmeric powder.Keep it in fridge for at least 2 hours.
  2. Make a mixture of egg,chilli sauce,red chilli powder, salt & turmeric powder.
  3. Coat the marinated chicken with bread crumb.
  4. Then dip it in egg mixture.
  5. Coat it with oats mixture.
  6. Deep fry it.
  7. Its ready to serve now.
