Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  2. Ginger garlic 2 teaspoon
  3. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Corinder powder 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Gram masala 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Onion 1
  7. Dried chillies 3


  1. Cut the chicken breast into 1 inch pieces.
  2. Grind onion and dried chillies together and cook with chicken on a medium flame.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and saute well.
  4. Add chilli, turmeric powder and add little water to it.Wait till water evaporates from the chicken.
  5. In a pan add little oil .On medium flame add cumin and whole garam masala and let it splutter.Transfer the chicken to the pan and let it fry for few minutes or until chicken turns golden brown.
  6. Fried Chicken is ready to serve.
