Malai Cake

Ingredients to make Malai Cake

  • 1 cup malai
  • 1 cup sugar
  • I & 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2tsp cardamom pd
  • 3/4tsp baking pd
  • 3/4tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • Milk 1/2 to 3/ 4 cup requirements of the batter

How to make Malai Cake

  1. Mix sugar and malai in a bowl and keep it aside for five min...don't overbeat it only mix it.
  2. Meanwhile sieve all purpose flour, baking pd,baking soda,pinch of salt & cardamom pd.together thrice.
  3. Now beat sugar and malai softly .add dry ingredients in it and make smooth batter with the help of milk.
  4. Mix milk slowly...stop adding milk when batter is smooth...don't make it runny
  5. Pour the batter in greased tin and bake it in pre heated oven at 180 degree 25 to 30 mins. Or according to your oven

My Tip:

Always use fresh malai for this cake.
