Its one if the most delicious desserts from old times which has been given a mango twist.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Amul gold milk 1 litre
  2. Milkmaid 200grams
  3. Fresh cream 4 tbsp
  4. Mango pulp 2mangoes
  5. Elaichi 2 pods
  6. Bread 6 slices
  7. Ghee for frying bread 3tbsp
  8. almond chopped
  9. Pistachio chopped
  10. Mawa/khoa 200gms

Instructions

  1. Boil milk and let it reduce a bit
  2. Add milkmaid, half crushed khoa, cream. Stir well.
  3. Add mango pulp and mix well.
  4. Let the milk thicken a bit more.
  5. Then let it cool down completely.
  6. Take a pan and heat Ghee in it.
  7. Fry the bread in it.
  8. Set the bread on plate and let the mango milk chill for at least an hour or two.
  9. After chilling pour the mango milk over bread.
  10. Now sprinkle on it with pistachio, almond and mawa on it.
  11. Serve it cold.
