Mango pulp combines with agar_agar and sugar to give it a crystall look.very much liked by kids.

Mango jelly crystalls.

Ingredients to make Mango jelly crystalls.

  • mango pulp 1cup.
  • sugar 1/4 cup.
  • Agar agar powder 1 teaspoon.
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon.

How to make Mango jelly crystalls.

  1. Soak agar agar powder in 1 tablespoon cold water for 5 minutes .
  2. Boil 1/2 cup water and mix jello.Further boil for 5 minutes on low flame.
  3. Add mango pulp and cook on low flame ,add sugar.continue cooking till thick.
  4. Remove frome stove ,add vanilla essence.
  5. Pour in silicon mould to give different shapes.
  6. You may pour it in any bowl or tray also and cut them into desired shapes.
  7. Keep in fridge for 30 minutes then take it out .Mango jelly crystals are ready.

My Tip:

Silicon mould is more convenient to make jelly.
