About Masaledar chicken curry Recipe

This recipe is a unique combination of jaipuri and hydrabadi chicken gravy.

Masaledar chicken curry

Ingredients to make Masaledar chicken curry

  • chicken 500 grams
  • ghee 3 tablespoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  • jeera powder 1 tablespoon
  • onion and coriandar paste 1 cup
  • Chopped green chilli 6 to 7(optional)
  • Red chiili powder 2 tablespoon
  • coriander powder 2 tablespoon
  • Garam masala 1/2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • kaju paste 1 cup
  • cream 2 tablespoon
  • Khawa 2 tablespoon

How to make Masaledar chicken curry

  1. Wash the chicken and keep it aside
  2. In a big pan add ghee , giner garlic paste and jeera powder and saute it
  3. Then add onion and coriandar paste add termuric powder and salt .
  4. Then add chicken pieces and all the spices like red chilli powder ,garam masala , coriandar powder green chilli (optional).
  5. Add some water to avoid stickness of spices
  6. After 10 minute add kaju paste cream and khawa one by one
  7. Put flame low cook it 5 minute after that garnish with coriandar leaves and serve hot
