Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 boiled potatoes
  2. one cup all purpose flour
  3. oil for deep fry
  4. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1 tsp coriander seeds
  6. half tsp cumin seeds
  7. half tsp turmeric powder
  8. Pinch of asafoetida
  9. half tsp dry mango powder
  10. half tsp Garam masala
  11. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. for stuffing in a mixing bowl and boiled potatoes,red chilli powder,salt,garam masala,dry mango powder and mix well.
  2. heat 1 tsp oil in a pan
  3. then add cumin seeds coriander seeds ginger garlic paste and asafoetida.
  4. then add prepared mixture and mix well.
  5. keep aside the stuffing and let it cool
  6. In a bowl add all purpose flour, salt and water and knead a soft dough and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  7. now take some part of dough and make balls.
  8. roll the ball in oval shape and cut into two pieces.
  9. now fill with stuffing and make samosas.
  10. heat oil in a pen and deep fry the samosas till crisp and golden brown.
