Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 150 gms gawar beans 2 small size cubed potatoes 1 large onion sliced 4 tbsp chopped coconut fresh 5-6 bedki chillies whole 4-4 cloves garlic 1 inch piece ginger Cinnamon 3-4 pcs 1/2 tsp haldi 1/2 tsl ajwain 1/2 tsp jeera Pinch hing 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp dhania powder 1 tsp ready kolharuri masala Oil 2 tbsp Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Gawarachi bhaji.. 2. Boil gawar aloo with ajwain and salt. 3. Strain n keep aside. 4. In a pan take a tsp of oil add chopped onion garlic ginger cinnamon coconut and whole red chilli n stir till slightly brown and grind them. 5. In the same pan add 2 tsp oil, add the masala and stir till oul leaves. 6. Add the boiled vegetables and add little water. Add salt to taste. 7. Cook on low flame for 5-7 mins.
