Ingredients to make Chimili ladoos

  • Ragi 1 cup
  • peanuts 1 cup
  • jaggery 1 cup
  • black sesame seeds 1/4 cup
  • White sesame seeds 2 tsp
  • salt 1/4 spoon
  • Elachi 4
  • ghee 2 tsp
  • oil

How to make Chimili ladoos

  1. RAGI, PEANUT, BLACK AND WHITE SESAME SEEDS, JAGERRY, ELACHI,GHEE,SALT
  2. 1 CUP RAGI FLOUR , SALT AND WATER
  3. CONSISTENCY SHOULD BE LIKE THIS
  4. IN A WIDE KADAI ADD SESAME SEEDS
  5. FRY IN LOW FLAME
  6. WAIT TILL IT POPS
  7. ADD PEANUTS ROAST IN LOW FLAME FOR 5 MIN
  8. ADD ELACHI AND FRY FOR 5 MIN
  9. NOW TAKE A DOUGH IN HAND PUT IT IN HOT TAWA AND SPREAD IT
  10. ADD OIL AND FLIP IT OVER
  11. COOK 2 SIDE
  12. TAKE OUT ONCE ITS DONE
  13. REPETE THIS PROCESS
  14. COOK BOTH SIDES
  15. REMOVE FROM TAWA ONCE ITS DONE
  16. CUT IT IN TO PEICES FOR GRINDING
  17. NOW GRIND PEANUTS AND SESAME SEEDS IN TO CORASE POWDER
  18. ITS DONE
  19. NOW GRIND THE RAGI HOT ROTI IN TO POWDER
  20. ITS DONE
  21. TIME TO MIX
  22. ADD JAGGERY
  23. ADD GHEE AND MIX WELL
  24. MIX WELL
  25. MAKE BALLS AND SERVE
