Ingredients to make Red velvet cup cake

  • 1/3cup powder sugar
  • one teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • half teaspoon vanilla essence
  • half cup non dairy whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon red food colour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

How to make Red velvet cup cake

  1. IN A BOWL ADD CURD AND POWDER SUGAR MIX WELL
  2. ADD OIL AND VANILLA ESSENCE
  3. SIEVE MAIDA,BAKING SODA,SALT
  4. SIEVE ALL INGREDIENTS WELL
  5. ADD RED FOOD COLOUR MIX WELL
  6. ADD APPLE CIDAR VINEGAR AND WATER
  7. MAKE LUMPS FREE BATTER USING CUT AND FOLD METHOD
  8. CHECK CONSISTANCY
  9. IN A SILICON MOLULD ADD BATTER
  10. TAP WELL
  11. KEEP MOULD IN OVAN
  12. MICROWAVE IT FOR 5 MINUTES
  13. AFTER 5 MINUTES REMOVE THE CUP FROM THE OVAN
  14. INSERT TOOTHPICK AND CHECK
  15. LET IT COOL DOWN COMPLETELY
  16. ADD WHIPPED CREAM IN A BOWL
  17. USING ELECTRIC BLENDER BEAT THE CREAM (LOW TO HIGH SPEED)
  18. BEAT THE CREAM UNTILL YOU GET STIFF PEAKS.
  19. WITH THE HELP OF PIPING BAG ANG NOZZLES DECORATE THE CUP CAKE
