Crispy and tasty bread roll

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Brown Bread 4
  2. Potato 3
  3. Salt as per ur taste
  4. Onion 1
  5. Ginger crushed
  6. Green coriander
  7. Oregno 1 spoon
  8. Green chilli 1
  9. Roasted cumin 1 spoon
  10. Dry pomegranate 1 spoon
  11. Shezwan chutney 1 spoon
  12. Oil


  1. Boil the potatoes in pressure cooker
  2. Pressure cook the potatoes for 5 or 6 whistle on medium flame
  3. Then peel and mash the potatoes with potato masher.
  4. Add all the ingredients except schezwan chutney and oil.
  5. Take half of the portion of the mixture and mix schezwan in it and keep half of portion of the potatoes mixture aside.
  6. Make a small roll of schezwan mixture and cover that mixture with another mixture of potato in such way that it shape as roll
  7. Take the portion of the mixture and make small to medium roll of potato filling.
  8. Cut the edge of the Brown bread.
  9. Take a water in a bowl and dip the bread in water completely for 1 or 2 second so that bread can't break at the time of picking from the water.
  10. Press the bread between your palm so that excess water is drained.
  11. Place the potatoes stuffing on the one side of the moist bread.
  12. Gently roll the bread and join the edges.
  13. Seal them with all side.
  14. So that there should not be any exposed filling as when they frying will leak out.
  15. Heat oil for deep frying in kadai and fry it until it become brown.
  16. Serve with chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
