Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5 to 6 potatoes boiled
  2. 10 to 12 bread slices
  3. 1cup green peas boiled
  4. 3tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 2tsp garam masala
  6. 1tsp amchoor powder
  7. 1/2cup coriander leaves
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. First we boiled potatoes in pressure cooker with sufficient water 4 to5 whistles
  2. Take a plate and cut the sides of bread slices
  3. Now take large mixing bowl to mash boiled potatoes and add boiled mashed green peas
  4. Add all dry spices and salt and coriander leaves mix well stuffing is ready
  5. Now take a plate with some water and keep 1slice in water and remove immediately
  6. Now press slice with your palm and fill stuffing in centre close the edges of slices and roll nicely
  7. Heat oil in kadai and deep fry all roll and serve with chutney or tomato ketchup
  8. Press and tak
