Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 bread slices bread
  2. 2 medium size potatoes boiled peeled and mashed
  3. 1/4 cup green peas boiled
  4. 1 tspn oil
  5. 1/4 tspn cumin seeds
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1/8 tspn red chili powder
  8. 1/2 tspn aamchur powder
  9. 1 tbsn chopped coriander
  10. Green chilli -ginger paste 1 tspn
  11. Oil for fry
  12. For serving :
  13. Tomato ketchup,onion and lemon rings, Mint leaves


  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the cumin seed, add green peas, green chili and ginger paste and stir for a few seconds
  2. Add the mashed potatoes and all the spicesand stir-fry for a minute. Turn off the heat. Trim the edges of the bread slices and cut them into two pieces.
  3. Dip one side of a slice of the bread lightly in the water. Place the slice between your palms and press, squeezing out the excess water. This makes the bread moist.
  4. Place the filling in the center of this bread and mold the bread to completely cover it all around, giving an oval shape.Before frying, let them sit for about five minutes.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan and Drop the rolls slowly into it, Fry the bread rolls until they are golden brown, turning occasionally.
