Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1.5 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cup desicated coconut
  3. 2 cup coconut flakes
  4. 1 cup condensed milk
  5. 3 whole eggs
  6. 1 tsp baking powder.
  7. 1/2 cup butter
  8. 1 cup coconut milk
  9. 2 cup whipping cream
  10. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  11. 1/4 cup desicated coconut
  12. Canned cherry for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl whipp sugar and butter togethor then add eggs one by one and fold in flour ,baking powder and desicated coconut and mix well.
  2. Then add 1/2 cup condensed milk and mix till smooth batter form then bake it for 180.c for 35 min.
  3. Take a bowl add whipped cream and start whipping till soft peak then add in 1/4 cup desicated coconut and mix gently then pour this in piping bag and keep it in refrigerator for 10-15 min.
  4. Heat a pan add 1 cup coconut milk and remaining 1/2 cup condensed milk and mix well till one boil then cool it down.
  5. Once cake is bake cool it completely then cut into 2 round disc.
  6. Take a pan add fresh coconut flakes and slightly toast it till light golden and water dries up.
  7. Take a cake stand and place one cake disc and pour coconut milk over it and then spread cream mixture then put another cake disc and repeat same then ice cream mixture on whole cake and then sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on whole cake ,till it completely cover..
  8. Garnish with canned berry or any fruit of your choice..
