ABOUT Mango Smoothie Bowl RECIPE

This Mangolicious season calls for getting bowled over by these seasonal luscious Mangoes. After getting bowled over, I get them blended into other fruits making a smoothie out of it and topping it over scooped water melon and sliced Kiwi.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups Freshly Cut Sweet Alphonso mango Chunks
  2. 1/2 cup Freshly cut papaya Chunks
  3. 1/2 cup yoghurt
  4. 1/2 cup scooped Watermelon
  5. 1/2 cup Sliced Kiwi
  6. 1 tsp Grated Desiccated coconut
  7. 1 tsp pumpkin Seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend Mango, Papaya and Yogurt for 10 seconds.
  2. Scoop watermelon roundels and slice kiwi.
  3. Pour in Mango Smoothie into the bowl and top it with watermelon scoops, Kiwi Slices, Coconut and sprinkle pumpkin seeds.
