ABOUT Coconut Semolina Rocks RECIPE

This sweet is a chewy soft kind of a rock.. My kids love them.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 150 gms semolina/ rawa 70 gms desiccated Coconut Castor sugar 200 gms Water 6 tbsp Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp Boiled Beetroot paste 1 tsp( for col) Condensed milk 4 tbsp Ghee for greasing

Instructions

  1. 1. In a pan ( non stick) add water and sugar and boil. 2. Add semolina to it, keep stirring on low flame for 8-9 minutes. 3. Now add desiccated coconut and keep stirring. 4. Add vanilla essence .
  2. 4. here instead of adding food colour have added boiled beetroot paste. 5. Once it leaves the sides of the pan transfer the mixture to a greased plate. 6. Sprinkle desiccated coconut. 7. Shape them immediately. 8. Remove when cool.
