it's a very tasty yummy crunchy delicious sweets.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For the outer covering
  2. 2 Cup all purpose flour(maida)
  3. One pinch salt
  4. two and half tbsp ghee for moyan
  5. For the stuffing
  6. 1 cup desiccated coconut or grated coconut
  7. half cup Mawa
  8. 1/4 cup powder sugar
  9. Chopped dry fruits 1/4 cup
  10. Oil for frying
  11. For sugar syrup
  12. Sugar one and half cup
  13. Water half cup

Instructions

  1. Take mixing bowl put all purpose flour salt and ghee mix with all together using your fingers tips,until become crumbly,
  2. Then by adding water little by little,kneed a medium tight dough,keep it rest,
  3. for ready to stuffing- take a mixing bowl add all together stuffing ingredients and mix all together properly,
  4. stuffing is ready now,
  5. for making gujiyas
  6. heat oil in a heavy bottom Pan for frying gujiya
  7. Make small ball from the dough & roll them into thin roti
  8. Now put the stuffing in the centre of the roti & with it finger tip apply some water all sides,
  9. Give the shape of gujia like half roti
  10. Now make design with using of fork,it should be sealed properly
  11. Now fry all the gujias in hot oil,in low medium heat,fry until becomes light brown in colour
  12. When done take them out on absorbent paper & let them cool down completely
  13. For sugar syrup make 1 , 1/2 string consistency of sugar syrup & deep the fried gujias in it
  14. Now take them out from the sugar syrup..
  15. Now it's ready for eat.
