Very simple and tasty cake with a lovey flavour of vanilla.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 250 grams soft unsalted butter.
  2. 250 grams powdered sugar.
  3. 250 grams all purpose flour.
  4. 1 1/2 tesp baking powder.
  5. 4 eggs.
  6. 2 tesp vanilla essence.
  7. 1/2 tesp salt.


  1. Butter and flour a bundt pan.
  2. Pre heat oven to 180℃.
  3. With an electric hand beater beat butter and sugar fluffy.
  4. Add egg one at a time and beat to combine well.
  5. Now fold in the seived all purpose flour,baking powder,salt and vanilla essence.
  6. Beat on low speed to a smooth batter.
  7. Pour batter into the bundt pan.
  8. Tap once or twice to release air bubbles.
  9. Place in oven and bake at 165℃ for 40 to 45 minutes,or a skewer inserted into the cake comes out clean.
  10. Remove let cool for 15 minutes,invert on a wire rack,turn it upright and let cool completely.
  11. Slice and enjoy the yummy cake.
