It is a very easily madable recipe which can be serve with both rice and chappatis.you may love it by seeing itself because it consist of good texture .

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Moongdal 20gm
  2. Aloo 100gm
  3. Oil 2table spoon
  4. Capsicum 100gm
  5. Green mirchi 3
  6. Onion 1
  7. Salt 1/2 tea spoon
  8. Turmeric powder a pinch
  9. Sambar powder 1/2 tea spoon


  1. 1.)from the above list finely cut all vegetables like aloo, capsicum etc
  2. 2.)take a bowl and pour some oil and let it heated up
  3. 3.) And add all the vegetables like capsicum,onion,aloo,green mirchi etc all at a time.
  4. 4.)let them bake for 3min and mix it properly
  5. 5.)add salt off a spoon or as per taste. 6.)mix it well. 7.)give another 2 min to cook on medium flame with lid. 8.)then add off a spoon of samber powder when oli tint on the top a little bit 9.)add a spoon of coconut powder for extra taste. 10.)Serve it in hot.
