ABOUT Chocolate moongdal halwa RECIPE

Added chocolate to regular moongdal halva the taste is awesome.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1bowl yellow moongdal
  2. 1 bowl sugar
  3. 1/2 bowl ghee, or as per required
  4. Chocolate bar or 3 cadbury chocolate
  5. Dry fruits as per wish
  6. 1cup warm milk

Instructions

  1. Soak moongdal overnight and grind but not fine.
  2. In pan add ghee and moongdal, saute it.. stir continue after aroma starts coming from it.
  3. Add sugar warm milk and stir, continue to keep gas slow.
  4. On other hand melt chocolate in double boiler.
  5. Add melted chocolate and stir it till it Start's leaving sides.
  6. Your halva is ready, garnish with dry fruits.
