Instead of frying u make more healthy ur mixture by roasting so try this method n m sure u love it .

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 raw potato
  2. 1cup soaked chana dal
  3. 1cup sabudana
  4. 1cup dry fruits
  5. 1cup cornflakes
  6. 1tbsp black pepper
  7. 1tbsp chat masala
  8. 1spoon butter
  9. 1/2tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Take a raw Potato wash n peel it now grate it n put in chilled water for 10min
  2. After 10min let's take out n soak in kitchen towel for half an hour.
  3. Now take a pan add butter n roast all dry fruits until they become crunchy.
  4. Now in same pan add butter n shallow fry all ingredients .
  5. Now add , black pepper,chat masala n sugar mix well.
  6. Let it cool n store for 1week in air tight container.
