Roasted dry fruits and honey healthy bites is perfect winter dish! Dates , almonds , cashews etc used in this recipie makes it perfect for dry fruit lovers.. i learnt this recipie from one of my friend who had sweets shop!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chopped and desedded dates -400 gm (2 cups)
  2. Chopped Almonds into 2 halves- 100 gm
  3. Chopped cashews into two halves -50 gm
  4. Chopped Unsalted pistachios -50 gm
  5. Honey -1/2 cup
  6. Butter -1 tablespoon
  7. Ghee for roasting dry fruits.

Instructions

  1. Roast Almonds, cashews and pistachios in little ghee.
  2. Keep it aside for further use.
  3. Take desedded dates into grinding jar and grind it twice after mixing properly.
  4. Now heat butter in a pan.
  5. Add grounded dates into it and mix it well.
  6. Cook it for 2 mints.
  7. Add all roasted dry fruits and mix them well.
  8. Add honey and mix again well.
  9. Continuously mix it till it leaves the pan.
  10. Now grease the container in which you want to set .
  11. Allow it to cool.
  12. Cut it into small pieces with the help of sharp knife.
  13. Serve it.
